Key Responsibilities:

Who You Are:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
🔹 Proven experience in technical support or customer service.
🔹 Knowledge of troubleshooting software, hardware, and networking issues.
🔹 Proficiency in ticketing systems and remote desktop support tools.
🔹 Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to work in shifts, if required.
